Account Login is your resource to access and manage your account with SERS. Features available on Account Login include the ability to:
- Send a secure message and it will be answered by our Representatives
- Review your account balance and service credit
- Create estimates of benefits
- Schedule counseling appointments
- Create an application for Service Retirement, Disability Benefits, or Refund
- Update personal information, such as address, beneficiary, direct deposit, and tax withholding

SERS offers in-person counseling sessions by appointment only. We also offer phone and virtual counseling sessions. If you would like to schedule either an in-person, phone, or virtual counseling session, please contact SERS at 1-800-878-5853.

SERS is located in downtown Columbus at 300 E. Broad St. Free parking is available in SERS’ parking garage. The parking garage entrance is located on Grant Avenue, north of Broad Street.
