The School of Employees Retirement System of Ohio (SERS) is a defined benefit pension fund for noncertificated persons employed by Ohio’s public schools, community schools, and community colleges. It provides service retirement, disability and survivor benefits, and access to health care for benefit recipients and their dependents. Administration and management of the plan is vested in the Retirement Board established under Chapter 3309 of the Ohio Revised Code.


SERS has retained Willis Towers Watson to facilitate a Request for Proposal (RFP) for pharmacy benefit manager services. The RFP introduction document explains the process being used by SERS and Willis Towers Watson in the selection of a pharmacy benefit manager. Interested vendors must register on Proposal Tech as the first step.
