Educational Opportunities
We offer several educational opportunities for you to learn about your retirement. You may want to consider attending a SERS Retirement Conference or participating in a Retiring with SERS webinar. Both are geared toward members who are currently eligible or who will be eligible for retirement within two years.
There are also several videos on our website that you may find beneficial. These videos, as well as the conference and webinar dates and locations, and all of our publications, are available in the Education Center.

SERS offers personal counseling sessions, Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. These sessions are by appointment only and are available in-person, by phone, or online.
If you would like to schedule either an in-person, phone, or online counseling session, please contact SERS toll-free at 800-878-5853.
Applying for retirement can be done by mail or online, with most questions answered by letters or telephone calls. If you have a number of questions, or if they are more complex, think about scheduling an office appointment.
