The following charts show service areas for each plan, give brief descriptions of the coverage available to benefit recipients and dependents who are enrolled in Medicare, and show the premiums for each plan.

Aetna MedicareSM Plan (PPO) is a Medicare Advantage plan.

Ohio residents: Aetna has a preferred provider network. Your out-of-pocket costs may be higher when you use out-of-network providers.

Non-Ohio residents: You can use any medical providers, such as hospitals and doctors, as long as they accept Medicare patients and agree to file the claim with the Aetna MedicareSM Plan (PPO).

This plan’s Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage is administered through Express Scripts.
